□ Designer’s Comment: A file may seem like it exists, but in reality, it’s an extremely rare tool.
However, when we asked customers, “What do you use files for?” many replied, “To remove burrs.”
Thus, we decided to create a file to meet this need! This led us to the development process.
During the development of “VARIT,” we went through extensive trial and error with various adjustments.
We first derived the most suitable parameters for deburring tasks. Based on these ideal values, we developed:
1. VR cuts, and
2. Straight structures.
By incorporating these features, the new file offers superior sharpness and significantly streamlines deburring work compared to traditional files.
