“What was thought to be impossible until now” has been made possible. Introducing the “deburring-specific” file.

Tsubosan Co., Ltd. is proud to announce the release of the new VARIT series.
The lineup includes three types: “Standard VARIT,” “Quick-Cut VARIT,” and “Bright-900 VARIT.”
A total of 18 new products are now available.

【About the VARIT Series】
The VARIT series is a new lineup of files designed with the concept of “unprecedented files,” combining high functionality with aesthetic appeal.
Striving to “create tools with new value,” our company has been continuously developing various products.
Born from this effort, the VARIT series stands out with its excellent design reflecting user feedback.
Through increased sales of this series, we aim to better support our customers’ work.
□ Product Name: VARIT Series
□ Product Category: Deburring File
□ Designer: Shu Kajiwaki (Tsubosan Co., Ltd., Headquarters)
□ Designer’s Comment:
A file may seem like it exists, but in reality, such tools are extremely rare.
When we asked customers, “What do you use files for?” many answered, “To remove burrs.”
Therefore, we decided to create a file to meet this need and began development.
During the development of “VARIT,” we conducted extensive trial and error to refine its design.
We first derived the optimal parameters for deburring tasks.
Based on these ideal values, we developed 1. VR cuts and 2. Straight structures.
By incorporating these features, the new file offers superior sharpness and significantly streamlines deburring work compared to traditional files.

To meet user needs, we have prepared three coating options:
1. Standard (non-coated, general-purpose file)
2. Quick-Cut (surface-treated for exceptional sharpness)
3. Bright-900 (enhanced clog-resistance and durability in addition to the sharpness of Quick-Cut)
We are fully committed to supporting your tasks.

How do Standard, Quick-Cut, and Bright-900 differ?

● Standard

This is a typical file without surface treatment.
It is sufficient for general use.

Standard
● Quick-Cut

This is the sharpest file globally. Incredibly effective at cutting!
It is chemically treated on the surface.
This process makes the file’s cutting edges razor-sharp, like a blade, and gives it a remarkable cutting sensation as it seems to adhere to the material.
Highly recommended for those who want to file aggressively.

Quick-Cut
● Bright-900

Quick-Cut with an added special hard chrome plating.
In addition to Quick-Cut’s sharpness, it significantly improves resistance to clogging and durability.
It can handle a wide range of materials, from clog-prone ones like aluminum, copper, and plastics to metals such as steel (excluding hardened steel) and stainless steel.
Recommended for those who struggle with clogging or need to file various materials without specific targets.
