File specially designed for deburring

We have newly introduced crank-type and boat-type files specially designed for deburring. This file is specially designed for deburring work, which has never been seen before. A regular file has an eye angle set so that it will slide just fine when it hits a large area. However, during deburring work, the ground contact area is small, so it becomes too slippery.
VARIT allows you to adjust the eye angle to the utmost limit and perform deburring work without slipping even on narrow ground surfaces. In addition, taper processing, which is effective for flattening, is not necessary for deburring work, so a straight structure has been adopted, making deburring even easier.
