USE

Since the file body is already magnetized, chips do not scatter.

How to use (Part 1)

(1) Wipe off the dirt on the knife (kitchen knife) with a cloth.

(2) Hold the sharpener in your left hand and the knife (kitchen knife) in your right hand, and alternately slide the knife (kitchen knife) from the front side of the sharpener to the other side. (The applied angle is about 20 to 45 degrees.)

(3) Slide the sharpener from the base of the blade to the tip of the blade. (See Figures 2-1 and 2-2)

(4) Repeat this action 4-5 times.

(5) Perform a test cut, and if the sharpness is poor, repeat (2) to (4). (Knives with good sharpness do not sting your eyes when cutting onions.)

How to use (Part 2)

(2) Stand the sharpener on a flat surface, hold it in front of your body, and cross the blade and sharpener on the front side of the sharpener. (See Figures 3-1 and 3-2)

(Apply the angle between 20 and 45 degrees depending on the shape of the blade.) (See Fig. 1)
